Booking & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and the booking agreement has been signed. The remaining 50% balance is due immediately after your session is completed.

Deposits are nonrefundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify Moments by Dez as soon as possible.

Deposits are nonrefundable for client cancellations. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability, and the original deposit may be applied to a rescheduled session at the discretion of Moments by Dez.

If Moments by Dez needs to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
